At Prometheus Capital Management, Nick leads investment research, financial planning, and corporate development. He provides comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to business owners, professionals, retirees, and families navigating complex financial decisions, from retirement and education planning to caring for aging parents.

Nick joined Prometheus Capital in 2021 following a career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he advised Boards of Directors, CEOs, and founders on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and debt and equity transactions. Covering the Technology, Media & Telecom and Consumer & Retail sectors, Nick advised on more than $8 billion of announced transactions, including over $6 billion of mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst and was promoted to Associate in 2021.

Nick holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Value Investing from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he graduated summa cum laude.

He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from New York University, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association’s Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter.

An Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman, Nick enjoys hiking and climbing. After summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, he is training for an attempt of Denali. A longtime New York City resident, Nick now lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
